The Timeline, Step by Step
1. Sampling: 12~15 jours
Once your design and structure are confirmed, a custom sample is ready in 12~15 days. Avec plus de 2,000 existing molds in our library, most sizes are sampled directly from existing tooling — no waiting for a new mold to be made.
2. Mass Production: Confirmed at Quotation
Production lead time for your bulk order depends on the quantity, structure complexity and finishing requirements of your project. Rather than quote a generic number, we confirm the exact production schedule with your quotation — and we stick to it.
3. Emballage & Expédition
Finished goods are packed in opp bags and export cartons (palletized shipment available) and dispatched by sea, air or international express according to your schedule. See our Conditionnement & Expédition page for details.
