Every heart tin is made from food-grade 0.23 mm tinplate with an optional food-grade interior lacquer for direct contact with chocolates and candies. Foam inserts or food-grade paper cushion pads can hold individual pieces. Our mold library covers many heart sizes, so most projects start without tooling cost.
Your artwork is applied with CMYK offset printing using oil-based inks, and we can match Pantone spot colors — including Pantone Metallic — for precise branding. Choose a glossy varnish if you want colors to pop on the shelf, or a matte varnish for a softer, more understated feel. Logo embossing is available as a finishing touch.
Our factory has produced tin packaging for more than 17 years, stocking over 2,000 molds and turning out 3,000,000 cans a month. Existing-mold orders begin at 5,000 pieces, while a custom dimension calls for new tooling, a higher MOQ and mold fees — so picking from the mold library is almost always the faster, cheaper route. Sampling takes 12~15 days.
