A custom tin lunch box is retro charm with modern durability. The classic handled format carries lunches, snacks and picnic sets securely, survives drops that crack plastic, and displays your branding at every meal. Brands, schools, licensors and companies use custom lunch boxes for merchandise lines, promotional gifts and nostalgic retail collections.

The body is food-grade 0.23 mm tinplate with an optional food-grade interior lacquer for direct food contact, and edges are rolled smooth for safe daily handling. Handle, latch, size and interior fittings can all be tailored, and foam or plastic tray inserts organize bottles and compartments. Most lunch box sizes exist in our mold library.

Printing is handled in-house with CMYK offset printing and oil-based inks; Pantone spot colors, including Pantone Metallic, are available when your brand needs an exact match. As a rule of thumb, a glossy finish makes printed colors look brighter and more saturated, while a matte finish reads subtler and more premium. Embossing or debossing adds a tactile accent to your logo.
