The body is food-grade 0.23 mm tinplate with an optional food-grade interior lacquer for direct contact with sweets — essential for sugar-based products that can react with unprotected metal. Round, square and shaped formats are all available, and most confectionery sizes exist in our mold library without tooling cost.

We print directly on the tinplate using CMYK offset printing with oil-based inks, with Pantone spot colors (Pantone Metallic included) for exact brand matching. A glossy finish gives maximum color vibrancy; a matte finish feels more refined and shows fewer fingerprints. Embossing and debossing are available to give your branding a tactile edge.
