Coffee loses aroma fast — a custom airtight cylinder coffee tin container is the packaging answer. This tall round container (dia 100 x 195 mm) is built for whole-bean and ground coffee retail packs, with an airtight structure that keeps beans fresh from roaster to kitchen. Roasters, café chains and private-label brands rely on it for signature blends and subscription programs.

Material and structure come first. The body is food-grade 0.23 mm tinplate, and we recommend the food-grade interior lacquer for coffee — it prevents corrosion and stops coffee oils from reacting with the metal, keeping flavor clean across the full shelf life. The airtight lid style, diameter and height can all be tailored from our 2,000+ mold library.

Printing is handled in-house with CMYK offset printing and oil-based inks; Pantone spot colors, including Pantone Metallic, are available when your brand needs an exact match. As a rule of thumb, a glossy finish makes printed colors look brighter and more saturated, while a matte finish reads subtler and more premium. Embossing or debossing adds a tactile accent to your logo. Matte finishes are especially popular with specialty coffee brands for a craft look.

Our factory has produced tin packaging for three decades, stocking over 2,000 molds and turning out 3,000,000 cans a month. Existing-mold orders begin at 5,000 pieces, while a custom dimension calls for new tooling, a higher MOQ and mold fees — so picking from the mold library is almost always the faster, cheaper route. Sampling takes 12~15 days.
