The body is food-grade 0.23 mm tinplate with an optional food-grade interior lacquer for direct contact with tea. Lid styles range from simple slip lids to airtight-fit structures, and an inner lid adds a second seal for premium lines. Your artwork is applied with CMYK offset printing using oil-based inks, and we can match Pantone spot colors — including Pantone Metallic — for precise branding. Choose a glossy varnish if you want colors to pop on the shelf, or a matte varnish for a softer, more understated feel. Logo embossing is available as a finishing touch.

If your product fits an existing mold, production starts at 5,000 pieces with no tooling cost.
