A custom coffee tin box with a lid is the packaging upgrade that keeps beans and grounds fresh from roaster to kitchen. The tight-fitting lid limits air exchange after every opening, while the opaque tinplate body blocks the light that stales coffee oils. Torréfacteurs, cafes and gift brands use lidded tins for retail packs, refill programs and holiday editions.

Every dimension is customizable — diameter, height and lid style — and most common volumes are already covered by our mold library, so tooling cost is usually avoidable. The body is food-grade 0.23 mm tinplate with an optional food-grade interior lacquer for direct contact with beans or grounds. Inner lids and cushion pads can be added for gift presentations.

Printing is handled in-house with CMYK offset printing and oil-based inks; Couleurs d'accompagnement Pantone, including Pantone Metallic, are available when your brand needs an exact match. As a rule of thumb, a glossy finish makes printed colors look brighter and more saturated, while a matte finish reads subtler and more premium. Embossing or debossing adds a tactile accent to your logo.
