Every dimension of the gift box can be tailored. The body is food-grade 0.23 mm tinplate with an optional food-grade interior lacquer for edible contents. Inside, we fit foam inserts, plastic trays or food-grade paper cushion pads to hold each item exactly in place — the difference between a gift that rattles and one that delights.

We print directly on the tinplate using CMYK offset printing with oil-based inks, with Pantone spot colors (Pantone Metallic included) for exact brand matching. A glossy finish gives maximum color vibrancy; a matte finish feels more refined and shows fewer fingerprints. Embossing and debossing are available to give your branding a tactile edge.

Tin Men has been manufacturing tin packaging for over 30 Jahre. Our factory keeps more than 2,000 existing molds in stock and produces 3,000,000 cans every month. Orders built on an existing mold start at just 5,000 pieces; a completely new size is also possible, but it involves custom tooling, a higher minimum order and additional mold cost. If one of our 2,000+ molds fits your product, it will save you both time and money — and custom samples are ready in 12~15 days.
