Working with an OEM coffee tin manufacturer means your packaging is built around your brand, not the other way round. This slim round tin (dia 70 x 120 mm) suits single-origin beans, sample packs and premium ground coffee, keeping contents fresh while carrying your full custom design. Roasters and importers use it to launch retail lines without investing in their own tooling.

As the manufacturer, we control every step in-house: tooling, printing, forming and packing. The tin is made from food-grade 0.23 mm tinplate with an optional food-grade interior lacquer for direct coffee contact. Dimensions and lid structures can be adjusted to your fill weight, and inserts or inner lids are available for gift sets.

We print directly on the tinplate using CMYK offset printing with oil-based inks, with Pantone spot colors (Pantone Metallic included) for exact brand matching. A glossy finish gives maximum color vibrancy; a matte finish feels more refined and shows fewer fingerprints. Embossing and debossing are available to give your branding a tactile edge.

Our factory has produced tin packaging for more than 17 years, stocking over 2,000 molds and turning out 3,000,000 cans a month. Existing-mold orders begin at 5,000 pieces, while a custom dimension calls for new tooling, a higher MOQ and mold fees — so picking from the mold library is almost always the faster, cheaper route. Sampling takes 12~15 days.
