Custom metal lunch boxes bring retro charm and real durability to food packaging. Our lunch-box style tins protect sandwiches, snacks, baked goods and meal-prep portions far better than disposable packaging, and they get reused for years — keeping your brand in the customer’s daily routine. Food safety is built in. The body is food-grade 0.23 mm tinplate, and we recommend the food-grade interior lacquer for direct food contact — it prevents corrosion and stops the metal from reacting with acidic or moist foods. Sizes are fully customizable: with more than 2,000 existing molds in our library, most lunch-box dimensions are available without new tooling.

Printing is handled in-house with CMYK offset printing and oil-based inks; Pantone spot colors, including Pantone Metallic, are available when your brand needs an exact match. As a rule of thumb, a glossy finish makes printed colors look brighter and more saturated, while a matte finish reads subtler and more premium. Embossing or debossing adds a tactile accent to your logo. Foam or food-grade paper cushion inserts can be added to hold jars, cutlery or multi-piece meal sets.

We have been making tin boxes for more than 17 years, with 2,000+ molds on the shelf and a monthly capacity of 3,000,000 cans. Choosing an existing mold keeps your MOQ at 5,000 pieces and your lead time short. Developing a brand-new size means new tooling, a higher MOQ and extra mold fees, so it is usually worth checking our mold library first. Custom samples take 12~15 days.
