Material safety comes first: the body is food-grade 0.23 mm tinplate with an optional food-grade interior lacquer for direct contact with tea. Foam or paper inserts can organize individual tea bag envelopes, while inner lids give loose leaf lines a second seal. Most sizes are available from our mold library without tooling cost.

Printing is handled in-house with CMYK offset printing and oil-based inks; Pantone spot colors, including Pantone Metallic, are available when your brand needs an exact match. As a rule of thumb, a glossy finish makes printed colors look brighter and more saturated, while a matte finish reads subtler and more premium. Embossing or debossing adds a tactile accent to your logo.
