Every cylinder is made from food-grade 0.23 mm tinplate with an optional food-grade interior lacquer for direct food contact. Diameter, height and lid style are all customizable, and our 2,000+ mold library covers most cylinder dimensions — so tooling cost is usually avoidable. Inserts and inner lids are available for gift sets.
Printing is handled in-house with CMYK offset printing and oil-based inks; Pantone spot colors, including Pantone Metallic, are available when your brand needs an exact match. As a rule of thumb, a glossy finish makes printed colors look brighter and more saturated, while a matte finish reads subtler and more premium. Embossing or debossing adds a tactile accent to your logo.
Behind every tin is a factory with 17 years of experience, more than 2,000 ready molds and an output of 3,000,000 cans per month. If your product fits an existing mold, production starts at 5,000 pieces with no tooling cost. A fully custom size requires a new mold, a larger minimum order and a tooling fee — our team will gladly check the library for the closest match before you commit. Samples ship in 12~15 days.
